We’re here to make sure you get the most out of ePrescience. Whether you have a question about a feature, need help with your account, or want to report an issue, we’d love to hear from you.

When reaching out, please include:

A brief description of your issue or question

Your device model and iOS version, for example iPad Pro twelve point nine inch, iPadOS nineteen point two

The app version found in Settings, then About

Any screenshots that help illustrate the issue

Common Topics

Account and Sign-In

Trouble signing in? Try Sign in with Apple if you created your account that way. If you used email, check your spam folder for verification emails.

Delete your account: Go to Settings, then Account, then Delete Account in the app. All data is permanently removed within thirty days.

Subscriptions and Billing

Manage or cancel your subscription: Open the Settings app on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then ePrescience.

Request a refund: Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem dot apple dot com to submit a request.

Restore purchases: In the app, go to the paywall screen and tap Restore Purchases.

Notes and Data

Where is my data stored? Notes and flashcards are stored locally on your device. When cloud sync is enabled, data is encrypted and stored securely in the United States.

Export your data: Go to Settings, then Data Management, then Export Data to download your content in JSON or CSV format. Notes can also be exported as Markdown or PDF.

AI Features, Paaru

AI not responding? Check your internet connection. AI features require an active connection to process requests.

Inaccurate AI responses? AI-generated content is a study aid and may contain errors. Always verify important information from authoritative sources.

Apple Pencil and Ink

Pencil not detected? Make sure your Apple Pencil is charged and paired via Bluetooth settings. Try disconnecting and reconnecting.

Strokes not appearing? Ensure you’re on the Notes tab and have a drawing tool selected from the toolbar.

Privacy and Legal

For formal privacy requests, including data access, correction, or deletion under applicable privacy laws such as GDPR or CCPA, email rory dot monaghan at eprescience dot com. We respond within thirty days as required by law.
