ePrescience Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 2026

ePrescience aims to provide a transformative educational experience. Services at ePrescience provide immediate access to proprietary digital intellectual property, we maintain a strict refund policy.

  1. General Policy
    Unless otherwise required by law, all payments are non-refundable. ePrescience does not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unwatched course content.
  2. The 7-Day Annual Subscription Grace Period
    We understand that an annual commitment is a significant investment. For Annual Subscriptions purchased directly through the ePrescience website, we offer a limited 7-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

    • The Request Window: Your refund request must be submitted to support@eprescience.com within seven (7) days of the initial purchase date.
    • Usage Limitations: To qualify for a refund, you must not have “substantially consumed” the Service. Substantial consumption is defined as:
      • Downloading more than five (5) sets of study materials/notes.
      • Viewing more than three (3) Expert Masterclass videos.
      • Generating more than ten (10) AI-driven “Prescience Engine” summaries or flashcard sets.
    • Exclusion: This grace period does not apply to Monthly Subscriptions.
  3. Monthly Subscriptions
    Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. When you cancel a monthly subscription, you will continue to have access to the ePrescience platform until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.
  4. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
    • User Responsibility: It is your responsibility to manage your subscription. ePrescience is not responsible for forgotten cancellations.
    • Cancellation Deadline: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
    • How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your [Account Settings] page.
  5. Third-Party Purchases (App Store / Google Play)
    If you purchased your ePrescience subscription through a third-party platform (the Apple App Store or Google Play Store), the billing is managed by that platform.

    • ePrescience cannot issue refunds for third-party purchases.
    • To request a refund, you must contact Apple or Google support directly and follow their respective refund policies.
  6. Free Trials
    If you are currently on a Free Trial, you will be automatically charged for the selected subscription tier at the end of the trial period.

    • To avoid any charges, you must cancel the trial at least 24 hours before it expires.
    • Once a trial converts into a paid subscription, the standard refund rules (Section 2 and 3) apply.
  7. Account Termination
    No refunds will be issued to users who have been banned or suspended from the platform for violating our [Community Guidelines] or [Honor Code]. Integrity is a condition of your access to our Service.
  8. How to Request a Refund
    For qualifying annual subscriptions, please email support@eprescience.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Account Email].” Please include:

    1. Your full name.
    2. The date of purchase.
    3. The reason you are requesting a refund (your feedback helps us improve).
